什么是 Critique Me
Critique Me = 把你的内容给 ChatGPT 看，让它从客观角度告诉你什么地方好、什么地方有问题、可以怎么改。
基本 Prompt 结构：

and give me constructive feedback on how to improve it.

ChatGPT 还提供了一个改进版本的邮件示例，展示如何加入具体数字和论点（📌 注意：示例里的数字是虚构的，作为格式参考，不能直接复制）

ChatGPT 的改进过程：
- 指出原 Prompt 的问题（太模糊 / 没有指定受众 / 缺少背景）
- 产出一个改进版 Prompt，更具体、更清晰、更容易得到好答案
例子：原 Prompt「Help me understand how CrossFit is different from other workouts」 → 改进后：「Could you provide a comparative analysis of CrossFit and traditional gym workouts, focusing on strength and conditioning, muscle building, endurance, and weight loss? Discuss the risks and accessibility for individuals at different fitness levels, referencing research or expert opinions.」
差距非常明显。

行动步骤
- 找一封你准备发出的重要邮件或商业提案
- 用 Critique Me Prompt 结构发给 ChatGPT，要求反馈
- 根据反馈修改，如果不确定某条建议，可以追问：「这条建议的原因是什么？」
- 对重要的 Prompt 也使用 Critique Me，让 ChatGPT 帮你优化提问方式
常见误区
- ❌ 只要求 Critique，不要求「如何改进」→ 批评没有方向没有用，要同时要求「give me constructive feedback on how to improve it」
- ❌ 把 ChatGPT 的改进版本直接复制使用 → 里面的具体数字和例子是 ChatGPT 编的，只能作为格式参考，内容要替换成真实数据
- ❌ 不给背景说明就直接粘贴内容 → ChatGPT 不知道这封邮件的目的是什么，给的反馈会很通用
