什么是 Custom Instructions
Custom Instructions = 你给 ChatGPT 的「永久背景资料」，是一种预设的 Prompt Priming。
设置一次，所有新对话都会沿用，不需要每次重新说明「我是做什么的」。
📌 现状更新：ChatGPT 现在还有 Memory（记忆）功能，会在对话过程中自动记住你提到的信息（职业、偏好、正在做的项目等），不用像 Custom Instructions 一样手动填写。两者的差异：Custom Instructions 是你一次性主动写好的固定背景资料，内容和改动权完全在你手上；Memory 是 ChatGPT 在日常对话里自动积累、慢慢更新的记忆，内容你不完全可控，但可以在设置里查看和删除。两个功能可以同时用、不互相替代——Custom Instructions 负责稳定不变的身份设定，Memory 负责补上对话里零散提到的细节。
如何打开 Custom Instructions
路径：Settings → Personalization → Custom Instructions
里面有两个填写区块：
- What would you like ChatGPT to know about you?（ChatGPT 需要知道关于你的什么？）
- How would you like ChatGPT to respond?（你希望 ChatGPT 怎么回答？）

第一部分：你是谁（关于你）

Custom Instructions 前后的差异
没有 Custom Instructions 的答案（问：ChatGPT vs. Google Search 的比较）： 通用比较，介绍两者的基本差异，没有针对任何人的情况。
设置了 Custom Instructions 后的同一个问题： ChatGPT 会用符合你背景的语气、结构、例子来回答，甚至类比：「就像跟一个知识渊博的朋友聊天，vs 翻阅百科全书。」
操作步骤
- Settings → Personalization → Custom Instructions
- 从课程资源下载两份 PDF（模板 + 示例）
- 把 PDF 里的格式复制到两个填写区块，按实际情况修改
- 填好后 → Enable for new chats → Save
- 开一个新对话，用同一个问题测试，感受差异
